Having grown organically through an increased demand for property financing, Stonehouse is now focussed on expanding its platform to support UK house building and property financing regeneration further, together with a number of projects in collaboration with UK councils.
The team has over 40 years’ experience from real estate banks, investment funds, and alternative lending to credit function, deal origination and structured equity finance – with over £1 billion in property financing having been originated, structured, and executed between them.
